Shipping
Our pixies are hard at work making sure that your items are packaged carefully and shipped quickly. We typically ship orders Monday through Friday and strive to get packages into the shipping stream within 1–3 days of an order being placed. We will promptly notify you if we think your order will ship outside this window.
Please budget an additional 1–2 days of production time for personalized items.
Where we ship
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. At this time we can’t ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses or to addresses outside the US.
Discreet packaging
All kits are shipped fully assembled. Each completed gift box is carefully packaged in a brown kraft box and then placed inside a larger, sturdy shipping box. No identifying labels appear anywhere on the package, so you can rest assured that your items will be delivered without ruining any surprises. Once unpacked, all you need to do is add the seals, if desired, to the envelope and box.
Refunds & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before an item has shipped. Please make cancellation requests within this timeframe.
